EZSES for SES Provider

EZSES is an online integrated system that enables State approved SES Providers to access the Student demographic and academic data. SES Provider is an indespensible part of the Title 1 program of the US Federal Government that impart knowledge to students and ensures that 'No child is Left Behind'. EZSES helps Providers to Develop and Submit Student Improvement Plan, Record the Student Attendance and Assessments . They can also manage tutors and assign students to tutors. Building Monthly Progress Notes after rendering tutoring service is also simplified with EZSES. Providers can also generate bills and upload the supporting documentation to School districts for approval.

It enables the State approved SES Providers to create Assessment Tools for assessing the student's performance. EZSES ensures that attendance hours for the student cannot be invoiced without submitting Monthly progress note. EZSES delivers Alert Window if the Provider has not marked Attendance for the previous week. EZSES software also helps the Provider to review attendance easily with the new Activity Calendar feature.

The EZSES software provides different types of consolidated and detailed Reports that will enable the provider to analyze and evaluate the performance of Students. The reports can be exported to excel and PDF documents. Providers can also upload documents to EZSES that could be downloaded by tutors.
